Market solutions mostly offer static itineraries that go obsolete the moment a trip starts or a delay hits, and juggling disconnected information on the move causes decision paralysis and logistics errors.

I spearheaded the entire project alone — sole researcher, UX strategist, and visual designer — running competitive audits and primary user research independently, then building the complete visual identity, brand strategy, and high-fidelity UI/UX from scratch.
Strategic Decision & WhyI designed Travel Mate as one unified command center — maps, live itineraries, and active bookings on a single screen that adapts to the traveler's real-time location — instead of a fixed day-by-day planner. Research showed the real pain wasn't planning the trip, it was staying oriented once the trip was already underway and plans changed; a static itinerary can't fix that, so the app had to be live and context-aware by design, with core actions built for one-handed, on-the-go use.
ExecutionA unified trip console blending maps, itineraries, and bookings; live contextual assistance surfacing next-step suggestions and nearby spots; and a mobile-first layout with critical actions (like the "GO!" button) placed in the thumb-zone for one-handed use.
